Talent acquisition & HR Development Intern

Your Role


As an intern, you will be supported in developing your skills and actively managing the recruitment process, with progressive responsibilities and close supervision. Your key tasks will include:

  • Autonomy and Innovation: Work on various recruitment projects and have the freedom to test innovative recruitment approaches.
  • Stimulating Environment: Evolve in an agile and collaborative environment where new ideas are encouraged.
  • Employer Brand Ambassador: Support our future talent throughout the recruitment process, from candidate identification to onboarding.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Sourcing and pre-screening candidates through social media, job boards, and other channels.
  • Candidate Journey Management: Oversee the entire candidate experience, from pre-screening to presenting job offers.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Contribute to the visibility of job offers through HR marketing and posting on internal and external platforms.
  • Participation in Cross-functional HR Projects: Take part in various HR initiatives, such as employer brand promotion, school relations, and continuous improvement of recruitment tools.
  • Monitoring HR Innovations: Stay updated on recruitment trends and new practices to enhance our processes.

Your Team
Recruitment Team: This team focuses on managing recruitment, promoting the employer brand, and improving HR processes to attract and retain top talent.

Your Qualifications

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a higher education program (business school or university), with a strong interest in human resources and recruitment.
  • Personal Qualities: You are dynamic, meticulous, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Teamwork and adaptability are also essential to thrive in our agile environment.
  • Tool Proficiency: Good knowledge of office tools, especially Excel.
  • Curiosity and Willingness to Learn: You wish to deepen your knowledge in Talent Acquisition and develop expertise in recruitment.
