Your Role
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent using various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) and develop innovative strategies to strengthen our candidate pool.
- Candidate Qualification: Conduct pre-screening phone interviews to assess skills, motivations, and cultural fit with the company.
- Recruitment Interviews: Conduct recruitment interviews in collaboration with hiring managers, and guide candidates through the selection process.
- Presentations to Managers: Present pre-selected candidates to managers and project directors for final approval.
- Closing and Onboarding Management: Oversee the closing of recruitments and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires (document preparation, integration follow-up, etc.).
- Database Management: Keep our candidate database up to date by managing interview summaries, candidate follow-ups, and reminders.
- Employee Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up with hired employees (integration, probationary period monitoring, administrative management).
- Participation in Other HR Projects: Contribute to cross-functional HR projects as needed (school relations, internal events, continuous improvement of HR processes).
Your Team
You will join our back-office team, which includes an HRBP and an Admin & Finance Officer.
Your Qualifications
Desired Profile:
- A master’s degree (Bac +5) in Business, University, or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources.
- At least 1 year of successful experience in recruitment, ideally in the IT or new technologies field.
- Dynamic, curious, and passionate about recruitment and talent management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable with communication, and a team player.
- Autonomous, organized, rigorous, with strong adaptability.

Recruitment Process
The recruitment process consists of 3 steps:
- Interview with the HRBP.
- Interview with the Associate Director.
- Final interview.
