Your Role

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand the needs and expectations of users.
• Design clear, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
• Create interactive prototypes and mockups to test design concepts.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate designs into final products.
• Conduct usability tests to identify and fix ergonomic issues.
• Keep up with UX/UI design trends and propose continuous improvements to products.

Your Team
You will join the Digital Factory, with interactions expected with the Marketing department and the Frontend team.

Your Qualifications
Desired Profile:

• UX/UI Designer passionate about creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, or software.
• Strong understanding of UX and UI principles, including user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
• Proficiency in prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Google Analytics, and accessibility tools like Axe.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
